What can I keep in Pingoo?

Tasks and shopping lists, ideas and notes, daily journals, birthdays, and anniversaries. Capture them with text, voice, or manual entry.

Do I need to confirm every record again?

No. When the details are clear, Pingoo organizes and schedules the record. When something essential is missing, it asks you to add or choose details. You can review and edit the result at any time.

Can I use Pingoo without AI?

Yes. You can create and edit records manually. AI organization needs consent, a network connection, and available quota. You can also revisit your original words.

Which features need VIP?

Each period, Free includes 30 AI uses and uses local speech recognition, which may produce inaccurate transcripts. VIP includes 300 AI uses, 60 minutes of cloud speech recognition for greater accuracy, multiple tasks from a long voice note, Apple Calendar sync, and additional themes and Dynamic Island styles. Both plans support account sync. Check the membership page for your balance and reset date.

Does the current download include every feature here?

Pingoo runs on iPhones with iOS 18 or later. Feature availability depends on the current App Store version and in-app information. Some features also require system permissions, supported hardware, or VIP.

Can I save a task without a time or place?

Yes. Tasks without a time or place go into Anytime. Things you explicitly name to buy or take with you, as well as steps, can automatically become a checklist. Add a reminder later when you know your plans.

Does mentioning a place create an arrival reminder?

A destination and a reminder condition are different. “Go to the library at 3 pm on Friday” is a time reminder with a place for directions. “Remind me when I arrive at the library” is an arrival reminder. Confirm the place and allow location and notifications for location reminders.

Can I receive reminders when the app is closed?

Successfully scheduled time reminders are handled by iPhone system notifications, even when the app is not in the foreground. Notifications must be allowed; Focus, device state, and system settings affect alerts and sounds. Open the app periodically to keep future recurring reminders up to date.
