These answers describe version 1.1.1; new features require that App Store update. Start with the common fixes below. If they do not solve the problem, email us with your device, iOS version, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or full note content.

Use the same address for privacy questions or account deletion. We may ask you to reply from your registered email address to confirm the account is yours, but we will never ask for a password or verification code.
Choose a past date in Journal and tap the option to add an entry for that day. You can add another entry when one already exists. The journal date and actual recording time are kept separately. Review AI-organized dates and text, and select a date yourself when it is unclear. Original words and manual edits are preserved.
When recording starts from the voice orb, slide up and release to cancel that recording and return to the orb. Your existing text draft stays. Slide back before releasing to send instead. A normal cancellation is not a recording error.
The two quotas are measured separately. Free includes 30 AI uses per calendar month and uses local speech recognition, which may produce inaccurate transcripts; VIP includes 300 AI uses and 60 minutes of cloud speech recognition for greater accuracy per membership month. Local speech recognition remains available after cloud minutes run out, and you can still save manually after AI uses run out. AI add-ons increase AI uses only. Audio submitted for cloud processing counts toward usage even when processing fails.
Check cloud record limits on the membership page, your network, and AI and cloud sync consent. When a creation or space limit is reached, your original text stays on this device. Once quota resets or you delete records to free space, connect to the internet and open the app to resume syncing. Archiving does not free space. Content saved only on this device is not yet backed up to the cloud.
Check notifications, sound, Focus, and location settings, then confirm the reminder time, destination, and arrival or departure condition. Strong reminders still depend on system permissions and scheduling. Location accuracy can also affect location reminders. Review the task’s reminder status after making changes.
Say “Remind me to take my medicine every day at 9 am for the next three days” or “Remind me to organize my files every Wednesday at 9 am for three weeks.” You can also set an interval, weekdays, occurrence count, or end date under the task’s reminder settings → Repeat → Limited repeat. When creating a task manually, expand More reminder settings first.
Limited repeats end by their planned dates or occurrence count. Leaving a task incomplete does not extend the series. Repeating stops, while unfinished tasks and checklist progress remain so you can still finish the current task.
Tap “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen, verify the email address or mainland China phone number linked to your account, then set a new password. Email codes are valid for 10 minutes and SMS codes for 5 minutes; follow the on-screen instructions.
To delete notes while keeping your account, open “Me → Data & Privacy → Delete All Data.” To permanently delete the account, open “Me → Account & Security.”
Open “Me → Data & Privacy” and withdraw third-party AI consent. New natural-language notes will no longer upload or be organized automatically, but you can still fill in and save notes manually on your phone.
Check the relevant Pingoo permission in iPhone Settings. You can still type and fill in notes manually without these permissions.
If you have purchased membership, use “Restore Purchases” in the membership center. Both Free and VIP support account sync. Check the membership page and Apple confirmation sheet for quotas, prices, and renewal status. Apple handles cancellations and refunds; deleting a Pingoo account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
